Dennis Scott is a retired American professional basketball player known for his time at Georgia Tech, where he was a member of the “Lethal Weapon 3” team and led the Yellow Jackets to the NCAA Final Four. He was named the Naismith National Player of the Year in 1990, earned first-team all-America honors, and was the ACC Player of the Year. Scott was selected by the Orlando Magic with the fourth pick of the 1990 NBA draft and had a successful professional career, including setting an NBA record for most three-pointers made in a single game at the time. After retiring, Scott became a commentator for NBA TV and a radio analyst for the Atlanta Hawks
